ถาม: น้ำยาแอร์แต่ละยี่ห้อต่างกันอย่างไร ค่ะ

ตอบ: แต่ละยี่ห้อมีการทำการตลาดที่แตกต่างกัน และนำเข้าจากแหล่งที่แตกต่างกัน ทาง น้ำยาแอร์ดอคอม จะคัดสรรเฉพาะยี่ห้อที่มีใบเซอร์รับรองมาตรฐานของน้ำยาที่นำเข้ามาเท่านั้น ค่ะ

ถาม: น้ำยาแอร์ซื้อจากโรงงานที่ผลิตในไทย หรือเปล่า ค่ะ

ตอบ: น้ำยาแอร์ยังไม่สามารถผลิตในไทยได้ค่ะ เป็นสินค้าที่นำเข้าจากต่างประเทศ เท่านั้น ค่ะ

ถาม: น้ำยาแอร์ของแท้ และ ของเทียม จะดูอย่างไร

ตอบ: สินค้าของ น้ำยาแอร์ดอทคอม เป็นน้ำยาแท้ โดยเบื้องต้นสามารถดูได้จากใบเซอร์ของแต่ละยี่ห้อ และทางเรา มีเครื่องมือนำเข้าจากสหรัฐอเมริกาเพื่อตรวจสอบตัวเนื้อน้ำยา ค่ะ

ถาม: จะสั่งซื้อสินค้าได้ที่ช่องทางไหนบ้าง ค่ะ

ตอบ: ลูกค้าสามารถแอด Line@, Facebook, หรือ หน้าเว็บไซต์ เพื่อสั่งซื้อได้ค่ะ

ถาม: ถ้าสั่งผ่านหน้าเว็บไซต์ มีขั้นตอนอย่างไรคะ

ตอบ: เมื่อลูกค้าได้เอาสินค้าใส่ตะกร้าแล้ว จากนั้นระบบจะให้ทำการกรอกรายละเอียดชื่อและที่อยู่จัดส่ง หลังจากนั้นจะมีรายละเอียดการชำระเงิน ลูกค้าสามารถโอนเงินได้ตามรายละเอียด หลังจากโอนเงินจะถือว่าการสั่งซื้อเสร็จสมบูรณ์ ค่ะ

ถาม: ถ้าสั่งผ่านLine@ หรือ Facebook มีขั้นตอนอย่างไรคะ
